Job Description - Online Support Specialist

Job Description:


L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Support Specialist to join our team in Medina, SA. As an entry-level position, this role will provide the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the jewelry industry while supporting customers through various online platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through email, live chat, social media, and other online channels. 2. Assist customers with product questions, order tracking, and troubleshooting. 3. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers. 4. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and address customer feedback. 6. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed support to customers.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role preferred. 2. Independent and resilient personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 3. Emotional intelligence and adaptability to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues. 4. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Knowledge of basic computer software and online platforms. 7. Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility to accommodate peak business times.
