Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and passionate Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Saudi Aramco in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers through online chat to provide support and answers to inquiries 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner 3. Guide customers through the company's website to help them find information or make purchases 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience 5. Utilize problem-solving skills to address any technical issues or difficulties customers may encounter 6. Maintain a cooperative and helpful attitude towards customers and colleagues 7. Follow company guidelines and processes to ensure consistent and high-quality service

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Confident and passionate attitude towards assisting customers 3. Strong cooperation and problem-solving skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Excellent written communication skills 6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and computer systems
