Middle East Battery Company is seeking a reliable and resourceful Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or online chat support.
As an Online Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through our online chat platform. Your main duties will include assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and processing orders.
