Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a reliable and resilient Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong soft skills in strategic planning and analysis.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online web chat to provide support and assistance. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems as needed. 3. Utilize strategic planning and analysis to identify trends and improve customer experience. 4. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new strategies for online customer engagement. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide reports as needed. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices for online customer support.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or online support role. 2. Strong soft skills in strategic planning and analysis. 3. Excellent written communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer relationship management software.
