Job Description: Online Web Chat Associate

Yanbu Cement Company is currently seeking a passionate and confident Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time position offers a great opportunity for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and assist with any issues or concerns - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers to ensure a satisfactory experience - Utilize decision-making skills to efficiently resolve customer problems and escalate issues as needed - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service and contribute to the success of the online chat platform - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance the online chat experience

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or online chat support - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent cooperation skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments - Proven decision-making abilities to effectively solve customer problems and make quick and informed decisions
