Job Description:

Saud Consult, a leading consulting firm based in Medina, SA, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Web Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or online communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with website visitors through live chat, answering queries and providing information about our services. 2. Assist customers with any technical issues they may encounter while browsing our website. 3. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity across all online channels. 5. Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to make recommendations for improving the online customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. 2. Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude. 3. Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms. 4. Previous experience in customer service or online communication preferred. 5. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
