Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description: Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Jeddah, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent online customer service through chat support on our website.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely manner through online chat 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation 6. Stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers 7. Contribute to the overall success of the online customer service team

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask 3. Adaptable and hardworking with a positive attitude 4. Strong time management and decision-making skills 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines 6. Basic knowledge of online chat platforms and customer service software 7. High school diploma or equivalent
