Job Description:

We are seeking an Online Web Chat Associate to join our team at Al Khodari Sons Company in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires at least 3 years of experience in online customer service or chat support. The ideal candidate will be independent, dedicated, persuasive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat. 2. Assist customers in navigating the company website and online services. 3. Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve online chat processes and procedures. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in online customer service or chat support. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. 3. Persuasion skills to guide customers through online processes. 4. Attention to detail to accurately resolve customer issues. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that embraces change seamlessly.
