Job Description - Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:


ACWA Power is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Medina, SA. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, this role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in online customer service management. The ideal candidate will be energetic, hardworking, and possess strong teamwork and adaptability skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee online web chat operations, ensuring timely and quality responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement through web chat platforms - Monitor and analyze web chat data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align web chat initiatives with overall customer service goals - Train and mentor web chat agents to provide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 6+ years of experience in online customer service management - Proven track record of success in optimizing web chat operations and driving customer engagement - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in web chat platforms and customer relationship management software - Experience managing a team of web chat agents is a plus
