Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description: Middle East Battery Company is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Medina, SA. As the Online Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online chat platform on our website, providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage the online web chat platform on the company website - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support in a timely and professional manner - Identify and resolve customer issues through effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to management - Continuously improve the online chat platform to enhance user experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online customer support

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in online customer support or a related field - Motivated and reliable individual with strong communication skills - Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively - Strong cooperation skills and the ability to work well in a team - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Knowledge of online customer service best practices - Availability to work part-time hours - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
