Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

SABIC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in online chat management and possess a strong understanding of web chat technologies and best practices. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level of seniority.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online web chat operations for the company - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat - Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to make informed decisions about chat operations - Train and mentor chat agents to ensure high-quality customer service - Collaborate with other teams to integrate web chat with other customer service channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat management

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in online chat management - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong project management skills - High emotional intelligence - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
