Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Online Web Chat Officer to join our team at Hilton in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry is essential.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience and exceed expectations. 3. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with customers. 6. Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve under pressure. 4. Strong computer skills and proficiency in using online chat systems. 5. Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends. 6. Fluency in English and Arabic languages is preferred.
