Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Advanced Petrochemical Company is looking to hire a part-time Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with placing orders and resolving any issues they may have - Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate to the appropriate departments when necessary - Conduct research to assist customers with more complex inquiries - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed performance targets for response times and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements: - Driven and motivated individual with a passion for customer service - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Strong research skills to provide accurate information to customers - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Experience with online chat platforms is a plus
