Job Description:

Savola Group is seeking an Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an entry-level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be driven, confident, possess strong research skills, and demonstrate emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online web chat to provide assistance and support - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct in-depth research to provide accurate information to customers - Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs effectively - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity
