Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Mobily is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat to provide them with information, resolve issues, and promote our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online chat to provide assistance and support. 2. Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that best meet their requirements. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Promote company products and services to increase sales and customer loyalty. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet or exceed performance goals for chat volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online chat environment. 2. Driven and hardworking personality traits. 3. Excellent persuasion and project management skills. 4. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 6. Proficiency with computers and online chat systems. 7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
