Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:

Sipchem is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level is ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to clients and assist them in resolving their issues effectively. 2. Analyze customer needs and offer creative solutions to meet their requirements. 3. Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot complex problems and escalate issues when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided. 5. Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements to provide the best support possible. 6. Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner while exceeding their expectations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in remote support tools and technologies. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Must be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
