United Electronics Company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but applicants should possess the necessary skills and traits to succeed in a fast-paced customer support environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide efficient and effective solutions via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, and order support. 3. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 6. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and make recommendations for improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful individual who can think on their feet and problem-solve effectively. 2. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage customer interactions in a professional manner. 3. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home.
