Job Description:

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a hardworking and resilient Remote Support Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our customers and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to customers experiencing issues with our products or services. - Troubleshoot problems and find solutions in a timely and efficient manner. - Assist with processing orders, managing inventory, and other administrative tasks as needed. - Collaborate with other team members to improve our customer service processes and procedures. - Contribute to strategic planning and provide leadership in driving initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and overall business performance.

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role or similar position. - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members. - Experience with remote support software and troubleshooting tools. - Strategic planning skills and the ability to lead projects and initiatives. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices. - A positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn in a dynamic work environment.
