Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Support Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a related field and possess strong emotional intelligence and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients and internal team members on technical issues. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware problems. 3. Assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service. 5. Document and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution. 6. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote support tools. 6. Experience with ITIL framework is a plus.
