Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Support Associate to join our team at Alinma Tokio Marine Company in Mecca, SA. As a Support Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 3. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and transactions. 6. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. 7. Contribute to the overall success of the company by achieving individual and team goals.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and resilient personality traits to effectively handle client interactions. 2. Strong problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and issues effectively. 3. Excellent planning skills to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Good communication skills both verbally and in writing. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills. 7. High school diploma or equivalent education. 8. Must be able to work part-time hours with flexibility.
