Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

Al-Yamama is seeking a passionate and hardworking Remote Support Associate to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level Remote Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues via phone, email, or chat - Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems - Escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary - Providing product information and support to customers - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Documenting customer interactions and technical solutions - Contributing to process improvement initiatives - Adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Strong analytical skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical troubleshooting tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
