Support Associate

Job Description:

As a Support Associate at Al Khodari Sons Company in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance to various departments within the company. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of related experience. The ideal candidate will be driven, hardworking, and possess strong research and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in administrative tasks such as organizing files, data entry, and scheduling appointments - Provide support to the sales and marketing team by conducting market research and preparing reports - Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot technical issues and provide basic support to staff - Support the finance department with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expenses - Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and workflow - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with colleagues and clients

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
