Support Associate - Work from home

Job description:

Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a Support Associate to work remotely from Riyadh, SA. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess energy and independence, as well as strong negotiation and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and chat - Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer concerns - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries - Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions - Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation - Adhere to company policies and procedures while working independently from home - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer support or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Strong organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
