Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Support Associate to join our team on a part-time, work from home basis in Jeddah, SA. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, but we are open to considering candidates who may not have exact experience but possess the required skills and qualifications.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support through various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat. 2. Assist in managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Assist in creating and maintaining support documentation and resources for customers. 5. Work closely with the support team to identify and implement process improvements. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and issues. 7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 1. Driven and independent personality traits to effectively work from home. 2. Strong planning and strategic planning skills to ensure efficient workflow. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
