Job Description - Remote Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Remote Support Manager to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Medina. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all remote support operations within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic and passion for delivering excellent customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of remote support specialists, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner - Develop and implement effective strategies to improve remote support operations and increase customer satisfaction - Provide technical support and assistance to customers who are experiencing issues with our products or services - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a remote support management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and cooperation skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
