Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


Dallah Healthcare Company in Medina, SA is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team. This position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, hardworking, adaptable, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee a team of support staff and ensure high-quality service delivery. 2. Develop and implement support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Provide coaching and mentorship to support staff to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. 6. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support operations. 8. Assist in the development and implementation of new support initiatives.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a support management role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 6. Experience in healthcare industry support is a plus. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly. 8. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
