Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Support Manager to join our team at Saudi Aramco in Jeddah, SA. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of relevant experience. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team and ensuring the smooth operation of our company's support services.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of support staff to provide exceptional service to our employees. 2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline support operations. 3. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and integration of support services. 5. Provide training and development opportunities for support staff to enhance their skills and performance. 6. Handle escalated support issues and customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency. 7. Act as a point of contact for support-related matters and liaise with other departments as needed. 8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to support staff to promote growth and development. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in support management to continuously improve our services.


Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a support management role. - Energetic and independent personality traits. - Strong people management and planning skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proven track record of improving support operations and customer satisfaction. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
