Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a driven and hardworking Support Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support operations within the company, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of support staff to provide exceptional customer service - Develop and implement support policies and procedures to streamline operations - Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and requests - Train and onboard new support team members - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolutions are reached - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers and team members - Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on support initiatives


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a support management role - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team - Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Proven track record of driving results and exceeding customer expectations - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Ability to adapt to change quickly and efficiently - Visa sponsorship, company transportation, and relocation allowance are provided as benefits
