Remote Support Manager

Job Description:

National Water Company is seeking a part-time Remote Support Manager to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual who possesses excellent research and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and support a team of remote support specialists to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve remote support processes and efficiency. 3. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
