Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team at Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co in Riyadh, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a support role, along with excellent project management and communication skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of support staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services 2. Oversee the daily operations of the support department, including managing schedules and workload distribution 3. Develop and implement procedures and policies to improve support processes 4. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns 6. Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for support staff 7. Act as a liaison between the support team and upper management to communicate progress and challenges 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a support role 2. Strong project management skills 3. Excellent communication skills 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment 5. Driven and motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
