Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


Saudi Airlines is seeking a passionate and energetic Support Manager to join our team in Jeddah. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various support services to ensure smooth operations within the company. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the support services department. 2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness in providing support services. 3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. 4. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Train and supervise support staff to ensure they are well-equipped to provide exceptional service. 6. Handle staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary. 7. Monitor budget and expenses related to support services and make recommendations for cost-saving measures. 8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of support services.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience as a Support Manager or similar role. 3. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 5. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 7. Passion for customer service and supporting team members. 8. Energetic and positive attitude towards work.
