Job Description - Remote Support Manager

Job Description:


Jarir Marketing Company is seeking a highly qualified Remote Support Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Remote Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of remote customer support operations.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement remote support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Manage a team of remote support agents to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve team performance - Collaborate with other departments to identify and address customer support trends and issues - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and support to remote support agents - Implement best practices for remote support operations and customer engagement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to continuously improve remote support processes - Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in remote support or customer service roles - Passionate about providing exceptional customer support - Confident in decision-making and problem-solving - Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
