Remote Support Officer

Job description: We are looking for a reliable and motivated Remote Support Officer to join the team at Saudi Cement Company in Medina, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Support Officer will be responsible for providing remote support to our employees and clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to employees and clients - Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues - Assist with software and hardware installations - Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and systems - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
