Remote Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Support Officer to join our team at Almarai Company in Jeddah, SA. As a Remote Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to remote employees, ensuring their systems are functioning properly and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to employees on various software and hardware issues. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively. 3. Install, configure, and update software applications as needed. 4. Monitor and maintain remote systems to ensure optimal performance. 5. Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues. 6. Document all support activities and solutions for future reference. 7. Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions. 8. Provide training and guidance to remote employees on technology best practices. 9. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 10. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and developments.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of relevant experience in a technical support role. 2. Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic. 3. Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues. 4. Strong innovation and emotional intelligence skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. 7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. 8. Knowledge of remote support tools and software. 9. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 10. Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
