Remote Support Officer

Saud Consult is seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Support Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Support Officer, your responsibilities will include providing technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members. You will also be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the support team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong people management and project management skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for exceeding customer expectations. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively.
