Job Description:
As a Support Officer at Panda Retail Company, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to various departments within the organization. Your role will involve maintaining records, coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and assisting with various projects as needed.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to senior management and department heads - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements - Maintain records and documentation - Assist with project coordination and execution - Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate parties - Coordinate office supplies and equipment procurement - Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Driven and confident personality traits - Critical thinking and leadership skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
