Support Officer - Work from home

Jarir Marketing Company is seeking a Support Officer to work remotely from home in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is part-time and ideal for individuals at the entry-level of their career.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures

Requirements: - Must be driven and dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Demonstrated leadership capabilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection - Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
