Job Description:
Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a motivated and independent Support Officer to work from home in Medina, SA. As a part-time support officer at our company, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This role is ideal for individuals with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, who are able to work independently and are resilient in the face of challenges.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Communicate with clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and online chat. 3. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer support processes. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers. 7. Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. 4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 5. Resilient mindset and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism. 6. Experience working from home and familiarity with remote work technologies. 7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
