Support Representative

Job Description:

Al Rajhi Holding Group is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team in Medina, SA. The Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a highly motivated individual who is resilient and able to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy - Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer concerns - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement - Assisting with the development and implementation of customer support processes - Conducting presentations and negotiations with clients as needed - Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to present information effectively - Resilience in handling challenging situations and difficult customers - Motivated and able to work independently - Equal opportunity employer
