Support Representative Job Description:

Al Khodari Sons Company is seeking a hardworking and resourceful Support Representative to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide first-line support to customers via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed
