Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co is seeking a Remote Support Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This is a part-time entry-level position perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer's technical issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support. 4. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. 6. Assist in creating and maintaining support documentation for customers.

Requirements: 1. Driven and hardworking personality traits. 2. Strong strategic planning and project management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in using remote support tools and CRM systems. 6. Basic knowledge of power and telecommunication systems is a plus.
