Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Almarai Company is seeking a motivated and dedicated Support Representative to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent assistance and support to customers and clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting customer issues and providing solutions - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or team member - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Strong planning and organizational skills - High level of emotional intelligence - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
