Job Description:

Dallah Healthcare Company is seeking a motivated and adaptable Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Jeddah, SA. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with technical support issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Educate customers on our products and services and provide guidance on best practices. 6. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to ensure accurate and consistent communication with customers. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs. 3. Resilient attitude and ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism. 4. Analytical skills to identify customer trends and provide insight into customer behavior. 5. Presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and internal teams.
