Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Support Representative to join our team at Saudi Binladin Group. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' problems. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 5. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Reliable and able to work independently from home. 4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
