Support Representative - Work from home

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Support Representative to join our team at Advanced Petrochemical Company. This is a part-time remote position based in Jeddah, SA, at the Associate Level with a requirement of 3 years of experience.

As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Your main duties will include resolving customer queries, providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Providing accurate information about our products and services - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department - Identifying and addressing customer needs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer service delivery - Demonstrating a strong understanding of company policies and procedures - Meeting or exceeding customer support targets and KPIs

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer support or similar role - Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic - Ability to work independently and demonstrate resilience in handling challenging situations - Strong teamwork and leadership skills - High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
