Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team at Al-Yamama in Jeddah, SA. As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and guidance to customers or clients who are using our products or services. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience and possess a strong passion for helping others.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and effective support to customers or clients via phone, email, or chat. 2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with our products or services. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution. 4. Document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience. 6. Assist in creating training materials and resources for customers. 7. Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to effectively support customers.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service. 3. Resilient in handling challenging situations and finding solutions. 4. Attention to detail to accurately diagnose and resolve issues. 5. Strong teamwork and communication skills. 6. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues worldwide. 7. Able to work part-time in a fast-paced environment.
