Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Saudi Ceramics is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Mecca. As a part-time employee at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our customers. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with software and hardware. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. 4. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical skills.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role. 2. Dedicated and independent work ethic. 3. Excellent communication skills. 4. Strong critical thinking skills. 5. Ability to work remotely and independently. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
