Support Specialist

Job Description:

The Support Specialist at Al Rajhi Holding Group in Mecca, SA is a part-time role at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate for this position will be energetic and dedicated, possessing strong cooperation and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to internal and external customers via phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, escalating when necessary. 3. Assist with software installations and updates. 4. Document and track customer inquiries and resolutions. 5. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to resolve complex technical issues. 6. Assist in creating training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users. 7. Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and updates.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and help desk software. 5. Energetic and dedicated personality traits. 6. Excellent cooperation and adaptability skills. 7. Diploma or equivalent certification in Information Technology or related field.
