Job Description - Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated Remote Support Specialist to join our team at Al Tazaj in Riyadh, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level specialist with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our customers and ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to software, hardware, and network issues. 3. Provide remote assistance in configuring and troubleshooting computer systems, software applications, and peripherals. 4. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with our team of support specialists to identify trends and recurring issues to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and continuously improve your technical skills.


Requirements: 1. Associate Degree in IT or related field. 2. 4 years of experience in a technical support role. 3. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. 4. Adaptable and resourceful personality traits. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Soft skills in adaptability and innovation. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote support tools. 9. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
