Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Jeddah. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our customers and internal teams.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner. 3. Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. 4. Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and promote additional products or services. 6. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and pain points. 7. Assist in training new support team members and provide mentorship as needed.


Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Passionate and confident individual with strong communication skills. 3. Proven ability to analyze customer needs and provide solutions. 4. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality support. 5. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines. 6. Knowledge of the shipping industry is a bonus but not required. 7. Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
